the location was perfect in every aspect, close walking distance to the metro station (not one but at least 3), staff was so lovely they were helpful with every single thing that i asked for and also as a solo traveler i’ve never felt safer and more taken care of anywhere else… delicious food in their in hotel restaurant (especially breakfast) and the spa, walking to it felt like stepping into another world of relaxation. there was no such thing!
