Absolutely nothing. The quarter before the approach to the property we were redirected to a shabby place located in an inconvenient spot for us. The owner could not communicate in English. The situation we found ourselves in was extremely unprofessional and inhumane, due to being placed in a property with dirty linens, leaking taps.

There was no such part. The staff were very unfriendly. The room I booked did not exist. They wanted to put us in a place where even the door couldn’t be closed, and they realized that two other rooms would be in our way. We spent about 3 hours there on site or just before while the arrangement was being made because we had no place to stay. Yet during that time not one guest left almost immediately after arrival. As we learned, this place is listed under a different name every year because it’s constantly shut down. Apparently they don’t have a license. In the end we were the ones in the dorms. The owner was not on site; he told us he was working so he couldn’t be there, while others were told he was in Munich. A gentleman and a lady were on site while the owner tried to communicate with us over the phone. In the end they all talked to each other, you could hear the phone, the gentleman said he would talk to us, then denied everything. I didn’t even mention how filthy the place was. It’s a shame that videos can’t be uploaded here, they would reveal a lot about the place.

“Foarte prost, nu recomand!”

I was shocked by how bad everything was – I couldn’t talk to any staff, so I had to rely on Google Translate to understand Hungarian. In the courtyard there was a filthy caravan that stank and was covered in spiderwebs, and the ground was littered with trash and food scraps. We had to bring our own water and a sponge to clean a table for eating because the only water source was in the communal bathroom on the hallway. The listing claimed high‑speed Wi‑Fi and a flat‑screen TV, but neither was available. Laundry was left on a fence, hanging to dry, and some even fell to the floor. Don’t be fooled into thinking it’s close to the lake – it’s actually about 20 km away. I wanted a nice stay to visit the lake and relax, but I was utterly disappointed. I didn’t like anything.

“-10es szállás”

Semmi!!!!!Egyszerűen katasztrófális volt!Egy valódi rémálom!Nem is maradtunk ott,mert az ember gyomra csak émelygett!. Sokminden!!!!!!!!!!3 ágyas szobáról volt szó,külön zuhanyzóval!Érdekes hogy foglalás után történt pár furcsa dolog.először is a zuhanyzóval pont előtte nap lett valami és nem tudjuk használni!Az általunk lefoglalt szobára érkezésünk után egy másik 3 fős csapat érkezett/ez csak a későbbi beszélgetésekből derült ki,hogy ugyanaz a szoba lett kifizetve 2szer/ Felajánlottak egy közösségi teret szoba helyett amin keresztül 2 szoba lakói is közlekedhetnek,plusz ott csak egy heverő van de hoznak be pótágyat és akkor már 3an el is férünk!!!!ABSZÚRD!!!!És a közösségi tér ami egyben ebédlő szerűség hemzsegett a bogaraktól,kutyaszőrtöl kitudja hány napos volt az "étel"!!!!!Elvárható lett volna hogy mint minden rendes helyen a tulajdonos fogad minket!!!!Itt nem!!! Az ott tartózkodó "személyzet" semmilyen kérdésre sem tudott épkézláb választ mondani csupán a "főnökasszonyra" hivatkozott akit néha lehetett elérni,de igazából ő is csak ferdített össze vissza.összességében ha volna negatív jelző akkor nálunk ez minimum -10 lenne!!!! Ha valaki jót akar magának akkor VÉLETLEN se menjen oda!!!!!Bármilyen betegséget vagy nyavalyát össze tud szedni az garantált.szóval mi sem maradtunk ott kerestünk helyet egy közeli kempingben.érdekesség még,hogy pár szóval ecseteltük a gondunk ott mondták,hogy nem mi voltunk mostanság az egyetlenek akik így jártunk!!!!!Amúgy egy ÁNTSZ vizsgálat eredményére kíváncsi lennék!!! És meg annyi,hogy ugyanezt a házat hirdetik másik néven is! Badacsonyi privát ház néven!!!!

There was a cute cat at the place, but it didn’t matter because I’m allergic and I don’t recommend it. This is a huge scam! Nothing matched what was promised on Booking – no Wi‑Fi, no air‑conditioning, no view of Balaton, no towels, no bedding, no well‑equipped kitchen, no nearby beach. The property is hard to reach; the narrow one‑lane streets can’t fit two cars side by side, and parking on the guesthouse grounds is difficult. The place is dirty, shabby, noisy from other guests (even at night), the bathroom is disgusting and stinky, the bedding is unwashed and odorous, and we didn’t receive towels. Wi‑Fi and AC were missing. In the kitchen the dishes were filthy and no glasses were available, no kettle either. The furniture is terrible. I’ve never paid for a place this worthless. The TV picture quality is critically low, though at least there is one. The room had mold. The bathroom is shared with very untidy people.
