The cockroach in the hallway, about the size of a lighter, was fine with us until it died from a stomp. The cleaning was bad: stains and dampness on the wall, a mattress older than Cleopatra, a bathroom without toilet paper, and towels with more holes than a Gruyère cheese.

I booked a room, but when I arrived it was dirty, the bed was unmade, the bathroom smelled bad, and there were cockroaches. I asked to cancel, but the staff refused to refund me.

Unfortunately, the cleanliness of this hotel left much to be desired. The room was not cleaned properly, and it showed in the state of the facilities. Despite the okay service, the uncleanliness of the room was a major turn-off.

I was impressed by the good hospitality I received during my stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making my stay a pleasant one. Their warm and helpful attitude made a big difference in my overall experience.
