The hotel was nice and spacious, and the lounge was a pleasant addition. However, some of the surrounding properties look a little run down or shabby.

The place is modern, well equipped, and well situated for Berwick town and its amenities. The beds and bathroom accessories are good, and having a fridge in the room is a godsend when there are no eating facilities on the premises. My room was slightly too small for twin beds, and as with all self‑check‑ins, it can feel a bit uncomfortable not to have owners on site, even though security measures are adequate.
