“LA PEOR EXPERIENCIA”

Our experience at this lodging was extremely disappointing and made us feel unsafe. From the start there were problems: the meeting point was chaotic, we had to wait more than half an hour, and we were told to leave our car at a private house with children around, which was dangerous, before being taken in a dirty, smelly van to the camp. Once there, the situation worsened: we felt like hostages because they forced us to buy their tours and there was no way to leave the camp without paying or agreeing to their conditions. Prices were up to three times higher than other places; they charged 90 € per person for the transfer from the parking and 50 € for two nights of parking that were supposed to be free. They kept us in a shop for two hours “negotiating,” but they weren’t threatening; they just became hostile because we didn’t buy their tours. We had already booked a tour that we couldn’t cancel without losing money, and they demanded we cancel it. In the end, after two hours held in a shop, we managed to get charged 150 € for accommodation that cost 60 € instead of the 250 € they tried to bill us. The camp was in bad condition: the bathroom in the tent was broken, had no hot water or good pressure; heating only worked from 21:00 to 7:00; the temperature was 3 °C and conditions were very uncomfortable. The night tour we paid 50 € for two people was disappointing; they took us to a goat pen instead of the promised experience, and no decent tea was offered. Internet didn’t work. Overall, we felt pressured and in danger due to poor management and the control they exert over guests. I would not recommend this lodging to anyone.

The staff were super friendly and ready to help, but there were many hidden fees that you only discovered after arrival if you drove in.
