Breakfast was good, Cristiano at reception was attentive, the welcome juice, cookies, and water were available 24 hours, but the lift is small, the hair dryer basic, and the location a bit far, though overall everything was fine.

I liked that the hotel is small, not overcrowded. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful, the restaurant staff kept everything stocked, and the cleaning crew did an amazing job. It was just a bit far from the main attractions, but we preferred walking, so that worked for us.

It’s centrally located, the old town is reachable by metro, and there’s a parking garage. The ground‑floor room is very tiny, almost cellar‑like, with a window directly on the street, and it was noisy; people were loudly chatting at the reception until midnight. To get to sleep one had to complain first. Exiting the underground garage with a sports chassis without a lift was impossible.
