The location, breakfast, and fitness facilities were great, but the bathroom had shampoo, conditioner, and body wash bottles stuck to the wall, and the body wash was empty when I got there—only realizing it after I started showering. The room clearly hadn’t been properly serviced between guests, and the shower leaked everywhere, leaving a puddle on the floor no matter which way the nozzle was aimed.

The staff were exceptionally helpful, the facility was clean and safe, parking was good, and breakfast was included, but the location was hard to find.

The breakfast was good, the place was clean, and the staff were nice, but the shower felt slimy at the bottom, as if it hadn’t been scrubbed.

This Myrtle Beach hotel is the cleanest I've seen; the building and grounds look brand new despite heavy business, and the interior is even cleaner—ideal for a neat freak or germaphobe. The front desk and housekeeping are very friendly and accommodating, so I highly recommend it. The only downside is that rooms run out during college drop‑off week, though that's not their fault.

I stay here frequently; the location is great, staff are friendly, parking is convenient, and rooms are always neat and clean. No complaints whatsoever.
