The location was excellent, the facilities were good, comfortable, and clean, and the staff were friendly. The soundproofing could be better; I could hear people in the next room through the locked interconnecting door, and I could hear what they were saying and which TV program they were watching.

The front desk staff at night and in the morning were exceptional—professional, polite, and told us they were there to help 24 hrs. It’s a short walk from the train station, close to bars and city life but somewhat tucked away. The beautiful bells from St James Church ring on Sunday mornings. The room was spotless and perfect for a short stay, and I’d happily stay a few nights.

This is probably the quietest hotel room we’ve ever stayed in. It’s a good spot near Hyde Park and close enough to walk to Circular Key. The staff were perfect as well. The included breakfast is via vouchers to two cafés, but the cafés are at opposite ends of the poles; it would be better to have two cafés that are similar in style.
