The hotel was clean. A male staff member acted condescendingly.

The facilities were always tidy and comfortable, the breakfast selection was good and tasty, and I was satisfied. A senior staff member worked quickly and efficiently, greeting everyone individually, which was wonderful. However, while the breakfast staff were great, the front‑desk staff seemed rude and unhelpful; they’re the face of the hotel, and as a repeat guest I hope they improve.
