Beautiful. No complaints.
I woke up to a buffet breakfast with a wide variety of dishes, and the pools were gorgeous and kid‑friendly; the room was spacious and well kept. The staff were always very friendly and helpful, especially Zahira and Agita from the mini‑lab. It’s a great spot if you just want to relax, as we did, without needing to leave the premises.
The hotel is located in a beautiful setting and provides excellent service. There was nothing that was not good.
Good beach, could swim during low tide, a jump tower kept my 15‑year‑old son busy, friendly staff, excellent service, but the restaurants offer few European dishes.

Everything was great: the room was huge, everyone we met was friendly and helpful, the included breakfast was superb with a huge selection, the property was spotless and never felt crowded even near capacity, the pools were fantastic and relaxing, and the beachfront was easy to reach and beautiful—definitely want to come back. The only note is that extra hooks in the bathrooms for towels, robes, wet clothes, etc. would be nice; also I thought I’d booked a king but received a twin, which they combined into one large bed—fine, just not what I expected.
