The location was fine and the food was nice, but the male entertainer at night was quite musty, a little too sexist with sexual innuendos, and the bar staff’s attitude was disgraceful, acting like they were doing you a favour.

I was disappointed because the staff didn't speak French, the food was bland and tasteless, and the breakfast was only good for foreigners, not for French guests. I won't return after staying here three years ago when it was still good.

The place is great in terms of location and ambience, the staff are very friendly, and the cleanliness is top‑class. However, the food choices and standards have slipped since I started visiting in 2015, and the dress code that used to be enforced feels like it can now be ignored. I love the hotel, but please return to the quality you once had.

The place is very pretty, but I disliked two things: some staff didn't speak Spanish, and in the spa circuit guests weren't told to follow the numbered path or keep quiet, which is the main purpose of the activity.

Everything was generally good, but the food variety was limited even though the meals themselves were very good.
