The staff didn’t speak English very well but they were kind. The shower was huge and spacious, I really enjoyed it. We also had dinner at the hotel, which they offer for free to anyone who wants it, and it was tasty. They gave free drinks at the mini bar and lounge downstairs, nothing extra cost. Maybe just add a chair or a coat rack at the room entrance because you have to take off or put on shoes when coming in and out of the room, and standing in some parts with shoes is less comfortable; otherwise everything was really good, keep it up.

The place is beautiful, well‑designed, they serve great udon soup in the evening and hot and cold drinks for anyone who wants them during the day. Highly recommended.

“It was a perfect stay at a very welcoming hotel!”

The staff was fantastic – they have a system to help you make restaurant reservations. I mentioned wanting a special restaurant because it was my birthday, and the next day they sent a bottle of sparkling wine to my room. The rooms are spotless and modern, and the lobby is cozy and welcoming. This was a very enjoyable stay. Bonus – it’s easy walking distance to the local market and lots of great restaurants.

“Piccola struttura deliziosa”

The structure is small, very well kept, probably the most beautiful one we stayed in during our entire trip to Japan! Convenient location, both to the station and for exploring the city – Nagamachi, Higashi Chaya, the Kenrokuen gardens and Omicho Market are all within a short walk. The room is very nice and spacious, Japanese style but with every comfort, the bathroom is also large with a shower/bath area. The staff is very kind, helpful and caring; the welcome level is high, at our arrival we were offered various drinks and a small snack, and at departure they gave us a bag of local snacks. In the lovely common area it was also possible to eat in the evening, a delicious yonaki udon (offered) or the Japanese breakfast (as an extra). Fantastic amenities in the room such as the kimono and shower products with wonderful natural fragrances. I would definitely come back! Everything was perfect!
