The best person was a big, fat Mexican guy who preferred eating over taking care of his people. Also, getting a key to the room would have been better, there were no toiletries, and overall it was a bad experience.

“Stay at another motel, regardless of the discounted price!”

I was close to the highway. I tried to contact the property before my arrival to ask about early check‑in; the phone number listed was disconnected and two emails sent to the website went unanswered. When we got there, nobody was at the front desk, so we rang the bell, waited about 10 minutes, and saw a cleaning staff member who called her boss. The front desk person was at the bank and told us to wait five minutes for him. When he finally arrived, he told us he needed to “check to see” if any rooms with two beds were available, which was laughable since the entire hotel parking lot was completely empty. Once he found us a room, he had to call the owner to see if early check‑in was allowed. There was a $40 fee that they would waive if I gave them a 5‑star Google review; he checked and took a photo of it—definitely weird. Check‑in was very slow. We were told that there were no towels in the room; he brought us towels. Two bath towels had dark stains on them and one washcloth. There was no soap or shampoo in the room, and the tub was disgusting. The AC worked.

The place looked abandoned, with no one around, and the restaurant that was advertised was closed. It was very bleak, and I think this property shouldn’t be listed on the website. We couldn’t get out fast enough.

The pool was nice, the room was a good size and pretty clean.

“Great stay and good pricing for the room.”

The room was very clean and the gentleman who checked us in was kind and helpful. The only suggestion is to provide hand soap or a bar for washing hands. Overall, it was a great stay!
