I booked a room on the 7th floor with a perfect view of the Malecon, and the hotel also has a pool overlooking the Malecon with a nice lounge. The room felt a bit worn out, and the hallway was similar—if a hotel hallway has a carpeted floor and spray devices at every corner and end that spread a scent, you know it’s not great. Breakfast was a disaster; everything tasted stale, and the selection was awful.

We only stayed one night because we were heading to a wedding, but we really liked the short time we spent at the hotel: the staff were very friendly, breakfast was great, the bed was super comfortable, and the room was spotless.

The hotel refused to give me an invoice or fiscal receipt confirming my stay. They only handed me a sheet with the charges and payments made, but it lacked the necessary fiscal details like the NCF and RNC. I repeatedly requested the proper document via WhatsApp, yet the establishment insists that the sheet is an invoice, even though it doesn’t contain the required fiscal data. I find this unacceptable, especially for a hotel that should provide guests with the appropriate fiscal documentation for the services contracted.
