I stayed in a roomy apartment that was really spacious, but it was infested with mosquitoes.

The staff was very friendly and helpful even after the office hours. So they opened the office 5 minutes after 4pm again to make an easy check-in possible for me. For example: They fixed an issue with the air condition in only a few minutes. The provided phone number by did not work. The staff told me it is necessary to remove the leading "+61" from the entry in "Call the property" manually before using it inside Australia. That is different to other provided phone numbers. The staff told me it could caused because it is not a mobile number but a land line
