“DIFFERENT UNIT”
I booked this place but was put in a different unit, smaller not clean and in a different tower. I asked for a refund since wanted to cancel, booking sided with the landlord saying that without a written approval from the host, I can't cancel my reservation. Very disappointed at booking customer service, and of course the landlord is not someone you can trust.
