“Overcharged us $600, will not respond.”

The place had a nice aesthetic and was clean, but we had our dates changed twice without our permission or any notification, and it took more than two weeks to get them back. Then they overcharged us $600, even adding breakfast to our bill even though we chose the package that excluded breakfast. They ignored every attempt we made to get a refund. I’ll never stay here again. If you stay here, double‑check your receipts. If you’re thinking about staying, don’t.

“We'd return”

The place was safe and convenient, but the elevator wouldn’t go to the 3rd floor where our room was. We told the front desk before heading to the room, so we used the stairs—no problem for us, but it could be tough for handicapped or elderly guests. After a Red Sox game, the elevator still didn’t work, so we informed the front desk again. There were a few broken lights in our room, and the front desk didn’t answer the phone when we called for help; it rang 20 times, I hung up, tried again, and waited 15 rings. Aside from those issues, it was a good place to stay.
