Go to check in the person came in with an attitude and and I let him know who I was he did not even look up and said 150 cash or no get a room even thought I paid for 2 night stay and I didn't have the 150 so he told me to leave and I ask ed about the money for the nights he said you didn't pay so you leave. He would not refund and has attitude with people

We booked there, the credit card was charged, but on arrival there was no room for us. The worst part: nothing was done to resolve the issue. Never again.

We drove from Las Vegas to rest, and the bed was very comfortable. The receptionist’s service was excellent. The breakfast was very limited; some items ran out and I had to request replacements, which were supplied without trouble, but overall more variety would have been nice.
