I’m absolutely delighted! The administrators reached out to me via WhatsApp beforehand, arranged a free early check‑in, and provided breakfast. Breakfast is a whole topic on its own—such a varied and abundant spread I’ve never seen elsewhere. From the extensive menu you pick what you want (porridge, omelets, sandwiches, pancakes, sweets, drinks, salad, fruit), everything is tasty and prepared just for you. They changed the bedding, slippers, and robe daily; all linens were new, and the mattress was superb. The room itself was spotless. It isn’t a luxury room with marble floors, but everything is very civilized. Inside the room it was quiet, and I slept well. The staff were very friendly and always ready to help. In online mode they prepared a stay certificate for the bank. The service is simply superb! The small hotel is right in the center of Astana, literally 200 meters from the Bayterek Tower, opposite the shopping mall; the building that houses the hotel has shops, cafés, and a pharmacy. Everything is convenient!

Everything was great! The room was clean, with towels, a robe, shower amenities, slippers, etc.—everything was there! The staff were polite and ready to help, and the breakfast choices were delicious. The Wi‑Fi was stable and never dropped. There was a water bottle, tea, and a fridge. The hotel is five minutes from Astana’s main boulevard. I can’t think of anything else a tourist would need to enjoy a comfortable stay.

The location and breakfast are good, and the staff are nice and helpful. The walls are thin.

The location was fantastic and the staff were very polite; they even lent me a bus card to get around the city. Nothing really stood out. Using Google made it hard to find the property, so I had to use Yandex Maps.
