The receptionist was friendly and carried my bag up to my room because I walk with a stick; the bedroom window offered lovely country views, parking was easy and close to the front door, and breakfast was brought to me from the kitchen with plenty of menu choices.

The staff were friendly, the room was comfy and clean, the location was great, and the price was cheap and cheerful but the quality was good.

The property was awesome, the interior beautiful, the bar meals were spot on, tasty and well cooked, and the staff were helpful, friendly and welcoming; I would definitely stay again if the bed and room were larger, which I should have mentioned when booking. The double bed was rather too small for myself and my partner to sleep comfortably, it was tiny, and the roof in the shower was at a crazy angle that limited head and shoulder room for someone who is 6’3” like myself.

The hotel is pet friendly, the accommodation is very good, both I and my dog received very friendly service, Martha was incredibly helpful with my reservation and went above and beyond, I have visited the hotel before and will certainly be back, it really is a great place to stay, and there was nothing to dislike in my opinion.
