The breakfast was cold and very limited, with barely any food available when we got there at 9 am, so the selection was far from good.

Everything was great—the style, decorations, and staff were tremendously nice, the beds were so comfortable and soft, and the rooms were very clean. However, the hotel charged our card $68 hours after check‑out with no explanation or refund, claiming there was nothing they could do about it.

The hot water for tea was cold, and when I called the front desk several times, no one answered; the TV had almost no channels and I couldn’t even catch CBS. Someone had set the AC to 60 before we arrived, so we had to keep the heat on for a while. The room was not clean, especially the bathroom, and I paid good money for it. Hampton Inns used to be a nice place to stay, but I was very disappointed.
