The rooms were a real highlight - spotless and super comfy. However, I did struggle with communication since no one spoke English, so I had to rely on a translator which was a bit of a hassle. Overall, it was a decent stay, but could've been better with some English-speaking staff.

I loved the vibe of this hotel - the staff were friendly and clean, and the robot delivery cruising around was pretty cool! They also had great facilities like free laundry and dryers, and you could even grab a late-night snack. No complaints here, it was a really convenient stay.

Great location, shame about the noise and confusion at check-in. The place was spotless, which was a big plus. The staff were really friendly, even if they didn't speak a word of English - but that wasn't an issue for me. The room was huge, clean, and comfy, with a big bathroom to match. Plus, the hotel had 24/7 free laundry facilities, which was a lifesaver. One thing to note is that they don't take international credit cards, so we were lucky to have Alipay.
