The apartment was wonderfully located, basically on the coast—though without a view, but just a 1‑minute walk to the waterfront promenade and 3 minutes to the main shopping streets. The apartment and room smelled of mildew, despite the various fragrances spread everywhere. There is an espresso machine, but only paper cups, no table (just a makeshift shelf under the TV). When opening the window, we see a net behind which are strings of drying cloths (to the floor?) and a lot of stuff from the window.
