I was thoroughly disappointed with my stay at this hotel, which didn't live up to the price I paid. The rooms lacked a window with a view, as mentioned in the booking, and the hotel's design was poorly thought out, with only the corridors having windows. The noise level was unbearable when groups were in the corridors, due to the lack of soundproofing. The bathroom had no hot water, the air conditioning was faulty, and the bed sheets were old and grey.

However, we were disappointed to find that the pool was not actually part of the hotel, and we had to pay extra for simple amenities like pillows and toilet paper.
