It was quiet, but before we went to bed we found a big cockroach in the room.

We couldn’t get into the room. We called the contact number and only got a voicemail, yet we were charged the full stay and couldn’t enjoy it—what a fraud.

The location is good, but unfortunately we didn’t have a good stay. The rooms are nice but have a strong mold smell and excess humidity; it might be tolerable for a one‑ or two‑day visit, but for a longer stay the odor becomes quite unpleasant. Our biggest issue was the difficulty using the kitchen and laundry—staff told us they were only available after 15:00, so from 8:00 to 15:00 we had no access to either.

The spot was spot on, the room was cozy and comfy, and the kitchen had everything I needed – definitely a thumbs‑up!
