Everything! The place, the room, the staff, the service and the food! Nothing negative.

The breakfast was just okay, but the cafe staff were very good. The desk receptionists were confused and unhelpful; I asked for a printout of charges and they couldn't give it because I “booked through a 3rd party”. They were defensive and unprofessional. As a Hilton Honors member I expected better.

Breakfast was mediocre, yet the wait staff were very nice. Front desk personnel were inept and defensive, maybe they were still training but the attitude was unpleasant. All of it.
