The location was great. The room showed some wear, especially the living‑room sofa, and the shower in the bathroom could have been cleaner. The bed and pillows weren’t the most comfortable we’ve had, and the room filters were very dirty and hadn’t been changed in a long time.

The location, cleanliness and friendly staff were great, but the valet at arrival was absolutely crazy.

Staff were very professional and courteous, with excellent valet and reception service, and the food at "Bett's" was delicious.

The breakfast took 30 minutes to arrive and was cold, and the service was terrible; the room smelled, the bathroom was subpar, the carpets probably need cleaning, the sink should be replaced, and the two‑ply toilet paper was a disappointment for the price we paid.

The room was comfortable, but parking was an issue.
