My 11‑year‑old found a homemade sex toy under the bed, so I told the front desk. She just tossed the toy in the trash and handed me a new trash bag. I explained the situation and asked for compensation, but she said I could just check out and go to another hotel. It was 9 pm, we had no other place to stay, and I’m worried about any STD that might be on that toy. I gave them a chance to fix it, but they were utterly disgusting. DO NOT STAY HERE. The staff were unprofessional, the cleanliness was poor, and there was a lack of attention to detail.

The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast was basic but sufficient, but the rooms at the front were noisy because of traffic on the main road.
