The remote setting, high‑quality facilities, friendly staff, and tasty dishes at the on‑site restaurant all show that the building was thoughtfully designed; it’s surprisingly good value and a perfect spot for a retreat or a city break.

What a fantastic spot—beds are comfy, amenities solid, and the restaurant dishes are amazing.

The location is stunning, with a huge landscaped area ideal for walking and cooking, and several terraces set apart from one another. Inside the guesthouse feels like a museum, full of insects, and the rooms are also named after insects with accompanying pictures. The room itself is beautiful, offers a view of the lake, and has a balcony. The restaurant area is also present. Everything was liked.

The host is super friendly. We chose a room with a mountain view, though it was also on the street side. The street and neighbors made some noise, but the view from the window more than made up for it.
