The beds felt really comfortable, the room was nicely decorated and the bathroom was genuinely large and bright. Breakfast offered a good variety and was plentiful, and the staff were extremely friendly. The whole property was truly clean, with the room inspected each day and towels changed on request. The Wi‑Fi only worked in a few ground‑floor rooms, and ours had no signal at all. The breakfast area is squeezed into a narrow hallway, which makes moving around and eating a bit awkward. There is a TV in the room, but it mostly shows only commercial channels; ARD and all three public programmes are unavailable.
The parking spaces were too small and weren’t assigned to specific rooms, and the breakfast starting at 8:30 am felt far too late.

The location is great for the beach, bike routes, and the surrounding ÖVP, everything is perfect.
The staff were always friendly, but there was no place to stay indoors when the weather was bad except in the room. The hotel had two seating areas that were already quite old. The grounds did not look well maintained. The parking costs €15 per day; if you’re unlucky, all spots are taken, yet you’ve already paid for the entire stay when you arrive. Breakfast was the same every day: pre‑packed rolls from the supermarket, very cheap packaged sausage and cheese, and fresh vegetables consisted of cucumbers and tomatoes. For that price we expected something different; this hotel only offers pension‑standard.
