The location is great, the facilities are solid, and the staff are friendly. The soundproofing is poor; you can hear the water pipes and other guests in neighboring rooms.

The front‑desk lady welcomed me warmly (sorry I didn’t catch her name, but she deserves the highest rating for that alone). She even came back in the evening to help me touch up my makeup before leaving. The room was small but practical, with everything you need and a fantastic view of the Eiffel Tower. The breakfast was mediocre, offering limited choices.

The building felt welcoming, and the reception was open 24 h. Breakfast was included, though not very plentiful, and the room was clean. We are bike‑tourists and there was no dedicated bike storage; at booking we were told to leave them in the small backyard, but they ended up in a hallway instead.
