“Viz. výše - nespokojenost”
The only bright spot was the location near the metro and historic sites. Francesco, the host, handed us a map showing all the nearby spots and directions, which was the sole positive detail. The breakfast was terrible – I’m not picky, but for the price of the stay, which included breakfast, we only received a voucher for one hot drink, a small glass of juice, and a croissant, with everything else payable separately. We’d prefer a Swedish buffet or self‑service where we can choose and it’s faster. We stayed on the 3rd floor, yet the elevator cost 0.50 cents?? for whom?? We and my daughter only had about 12 coins, the rest we had to save ourselves. The elevator was noisy at night, slammed doors into the courtyard, and it seemed impossible to sleep on the 4th floor. Walking from the 3rd to the 4th floor with heavy luggage up the steep stairs was exhausting; I wouldn’t recommend this for older people with arthritis – it was awful.

The reception was very good, Antonio was kind and thorough, and the stay was excellent.

It was good value for the money, very well located and very clean. The air conditioner made a steady noise, so it was fine to sleep. I personally would have liked a softer bed and pillow (or two). In the smaller room the air conditioner was right next to the bed. The elevator worked with 50‑cent coins and could carry two people at a time up to the 3rd floor. Our rooms were on the 4th floor. The B&B provided two runs for each room every day, which was enough for us; we walked down the stairs. For us this was not an inconvenience, but someone else might find it more difficult.
The location was great, and the staff were helpful and friendly.
