It’s very well located just steps from Walking Street, so there’s plenty of activity, but there’s nothing to store your stuff—no real wardrobe—and the view faces a building only 3 m away, so it’s not a great view 😅.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a wonderful stay at Spring House Park View Central City. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the location was excellent—within easy walking distance of Ben Thanh Market, great restaurants, cafés, and many of Ho Chi Minh City's attractions. The hotel offered great value for money, and we would definitely stay here again on our next visit. Highly recommended!

The staff were adorable! The location was ideal in District 1. The comfort was very good, and the price was affordable for many budgets. Thank you, Spring House. At that price, there’s nothing else.

The hotel's location is its best feature - it's close to public transport and there's always something going on. However, the prices are a bit steep compared to other areas.
