Ubytovňa je na tichom odľahlom mieste. Zariadenie je nové a funkčné. Pekné, skromné ubytovanie, ale organizácia je nedokonalá. Zarezervoval som si ubytovanie, zaplatil predom a ubytovateľ mi napísal, že pred príchodom mi pošle správu s číslom izby, aby som sa mohal sám ubytovať. Do príchodu som správu nedostal. Tak som telefonoval ubytovateľovi, telefonát nebral. Tak som mu napísal správu, nereagoval. Zatelefonoval som jeho asistentke. Tá ma odkázala naspäť na ubytovateľa. A bol som v koncoch. V slepej uličke. Bol neskorý večer a ja som nevedel, či sa dočkám. Nakoniec som sa dočkal, ale skoro som sa dosral. A keď sa to stalo aj po druhýkrát, raz v decembri77 2024 a podruhykrát v januári 2025, tak som usúdil, že zákazník, ktorý už raz zaplatil je nezaujímavý. Vrelo neodporúčam. Ubytujte sa radšej inde
The accommodation was good, clean, warm. I missed toilet paper, which is common in any lodging. The description didn’t list it, but toilet paper is standard. I paid in advance with no option to refund even part of the money. That’s fine. If the owner wants that level of certainty, I expected 100% reliability. On the day of arrival the owner was supposed to send me the room number. He didn’t. I asked him via SMS. He didn’t. I called him after I arrived. He didn’t answer. I called his assistant. She referred me back to the owner, saying she doesn’t handle that. I was left standing at the lodging in the evening, helpless. Then the owner called me and gave me instructions for check‑in. Everything else was fine. I didn’t want to write it like this, it could have been an isolated incident. But I have two more stays booked and paid. I don’t want to go through this stress again. If I pay 100% upfront, I want to be 100% free of further worries.

Couldn’t check in after we booked three months in advance. After an hour of waiting, finally reached the landlord by phone, who said all rooms were occupied and we couldn’t get in.
The accommodation is in a quiet, remote spot. The equipment is new, clean, and everything works.
Slight. Delay getting there , arrived at 12 midnight, check in 2pm- 11.30pm. couldn't get access to room. Tried all their phone numbers, help lines,to no avail , no help whatsoever some of phone numbers were invalid. Public transport out to this dirty hole, does not exist, cost me 120 euros , for a half hour trip rip off. This so called hotel is a stop over for truck drivers not tourists , false Advertising, the place stinks and is unsafe. Avoid this place and . like a Plague
