The location was incredibly convenient
The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful
The hotel's good value for money, considering its central location in Pisa
The room was adorable, with strong walls that blocked out most of the noise from neighboring rooms

Location. No 24 hrs reception. No answer o phone call when i went there. Had to change rooms 3 times as 1st no ac working. 1 had only double bed and i did book room for 3 people
“Friendly staff and good location, but uncomfortable beds and misleading listing regarding unavailable prepaid breakfast.”
The location is great, self check-in went smoothly, and the receptionist was very friendly. It is an older building, but having an elevator to our room on the 2nd floor was a plus. The beds were very uncomfortable — we had two single folding beds pushed together that kept sliding apart during the night. The biggest issue was the breakfast: we paid for it in advance, but upon arrival, we found out the breakfast room has been permanently closed for a few years. It is completely unacceptable that breakfast is still listed as available and sold to guests when it doesn't exist
“It was a great little hotel for a pit stop on our way to the Tuscan coast.”
The spot is great, the old building is beautiful, and the staff are friendly and helpful, but the pillows were rock hard and the shower didn’t drain well.
“Mycket dålig hotellupplevelse – rekommenderar inte”
My stay at Leonardo Hotel was a very bad experience; when I arrived the staff were not on site and I had to wait a long time before anyone came. Once they did arrive, they were friendly and the service was good, but the rest of the stay was terrible. The room smelled strongly of chlorine, which was very unpleasant, and I even fell ill during my stay. The room did not feel clean or fresh, and the whole hotel seemed old and worn out. There was also a lot of outside noise, making it hard to sleep and get the rest you need at a hotel. Overall I am very disappointed. Even though the staff were friendly when they were present, that does not offset the rest of the experience. I would never recommend this hotel; there are far better options.
The location and price are unbeatable, and the building is clean and functional, but there’s no welcome desk or any kind of service; you’ll have to make some concessions, though the price and location more than make up for it.
