We left the hotel early and gave up the extra night because we couldn’t stay: the room had cracks, there was no hot water for a shower (the front desk said none was available, which was absurd), the air‑conditioner barely cooled so the room stayed hot, and there was nowhere even to sit and have a coffee. In short, nothing was offered for free, and I won’t return; the reception knew we were leaving because of the lack of hot water and AC but didn’t propose any refund, which felt very rude. I hope the booking site will handle this so future guests aren’t stuck in the same situation.

The location is a major plus, just a short walk from a Lotus store. However, the hotel itself is pretty old and shows its age. We had issues with the lights not working properly, and the furniture and appliances were all outdated. The atmosphere just didn't feel welcoming.
