I’d rate it 1.0/10. Nothing. We ended up not staying. Too many cockroaches.

I’d give it 2.0/10. It was close to Kings Dominion. Very filthy: cigarette burns on the carpet, bugs everywhere, stains on the walls, a bathtub clogged with hair, a bad smell in the room, and I had to clean and wipe everything down.

The spot was great, but the pool was closed when we wanted to use it.

Nothing good, everything bad.

The place is in a good spot, but it doesn’t live up to the photos at all.
