“Unique , family friendly vibe, great staff , relaxing setting .....great value!”

The front desk staff were polished, welcoming, and handled a room issue right away; the lush, green, private garden views were peaceful, and the nighttime atmosphere was lively and family‑friendly. The male bartenders and restaurant staff were truly outstanding, going above and beyond. The Bosnian hospitality was evident and the value was great, with fresh whole‑fish dinners and decent vegetarian options at breakfast. However, some other guests were very demanding and inconsiderate, especially at breakfast, and I’m not sure what the venue can do about it. Weddings are popular here, but I didn’t enjoy them. I’ve worked in the industry for 35 years, and this was my issue!

“Séjour très moyen.”

Breakfast was hearty and varied, nothing to complain about. There was only one toaster and it was broken. One staff member was very gruff, the other very helpful. One blackout curtain was removed without my notice, so the room was very bright that night. Music played until 2 am on the night of 22 September. The hallway ventilation was loud, the doors were heavy and clanged, and the noise was excessive. In room 114, four heat pumps under the window made a constant noise!!!

“HARİKA BİR OTEL ÖZELLİKLE TAVSİYE EDERİM”

The rooms are very spacious and fully equipped. The balcony offers a stunning view of the dopa and the setting is fantastic. Nights are very quiet, allowing for high‑quality sleep. The morning receptionist was very inexperienced and rude.
