“Biasa”

The security guard was really friendly and helpful, always with a smile. However, the reception staff, particularly the male one, were a different story. They seemed really unfriendly and unhelpful, which was a bit of a shock given I'd paid to stay there. A bit of friendliness would go a long way, but unfortunately, that wasn't on offer.

“Pretty awful stay”

I wasn't expecting much for the price, but this hostel was a letdown. The single room I had was pretty grimy, with dirty bedding and walls, and the toilet and shower smelled awful due to some plumbing issue. The staff were friendly, but that's about the only positive I can think of. The place needs a serious makeover, with new sheets, a fresh coat of paint, and some proper plumbing work to get rid of the smells. Until then, I'd avoid it.

“Wouldn't recommend!”

Honestly, the state of this place was a nightmare. The room was filthy, with musty-smelling bedsheets, duvet covers, and pillows that looked like they hadn't been washed in ages. The bathroom was a disaster, with a stinky drain, stained shower curtain and toilet bowl, and no toilet paper to speak of. The noise from outside was relentless, with people chatting past 2am and weird water pipe noises all night. We ended up spending most of our time out of the room just to avoid it.
