I spent my first night at this hotel. The hotel is in a beautiful spot with gorgeous views—unless you get a room that looks backwards. The room size was more than enough. Breakfast was varied and plentiful, and I found something I liked as a vegan. In the evening, when I was ready to sleep, the staff started throwing cardboard boxes and bottles into the trash. They scattered the cardboard and piled the bottles into the bins. Because my room was above the bins, I could hear everything loudly.

The place is in a great spot—quiet with amazing views, yet close to Maribor’s city centre. The staff numbers seem optimized for affordable rates, but they work hard and handle the workload efficiently. Our bathroom was spacious, with a bathtub and a bidet. The breakfast was tasty and offered plenty of options.

The building and location have charm. I arrived late and couldn’t find a place to eat.

The location is fantastic with a mountain view, the breakfast is good and varied, and the staff are friendly. Unfortunately the carpet and armchairs in the room were dirty, and the nightstand area wasn’t cleaned at all. It would be great if they improved cleanliness. Overall, I recommend it.
