The new managers, Sara and Thiago, were very kind, helpful, and attentive. For wheelchair‑access guests, it’s essential to confirm with the lodge whether rooms are available without stairs, since the access street has no exit and sees little traffic. The annex area is spacious, and the pool is well maintained. Like many lodges I’ve visited, I suggest they install portable, wall‑mounted supports to make drying beachwear easier.

The location is great, right on the beach square, so you can take a calm walk nearby. The accommodation is very simple, and I don’t think the cost‑benefit was worth it; the shower doesn’t heat much, the water stays slightly lukewarm, and the trash can lid wouldn’t open with the pedal.

I loved the hospitality of the couple of hosts, super kind, friendly, and attentive during my stay. I will definitely return when I can, recommend it, and love the lodge. It just needs a modern update, but otherwise everything is very practical for the cost-benefit.
