The hotel was very beautiful, and we enjoyed the best view from our balcony; it was clean, really nice, and the staff were friendly. Reception staff, especially Can, helped us with anything we needed. I strongly recommend this hotel!

Everything was great—the room, the staff were very nice and helpful, especially Hafise hanım, Çarı, and Hüsniye hanım; they were absolutely kind to me and made me feel at home. I’m so grateful to have met them and will keep them in my heart. I’m not sure I didn’t like something; everything was amazing.

Our stay was unfortunately a complete disappointment. The hotel was in a noticeably worse condition than we expected based on the pictures and description. The room was not clean upon arrival and overall very run-down. Several items were damaged or poorly maintained. The water supply was especially problematic, with intermittent functionality. We also experienced multiple power outages during our stay, which is absolutely unacceptable for a hotel of this price range. Additionally, there was an issue with our booked room category. We had deliberately booked a suite with a balcony and a direct view of the Bosporus Bridge because that view was a key reason for our booking. Later we were informed that the booked room or the corresponding view was not available. We were not offered a fair solution or an appropriate upgrade. Overall, we did not feel that we received what we booked and paid for. Dirt, damaged furnishings, unreliable water, repeated power outages, and the room booking problems severely impacted our stay. The location is nice, but a good location cannot offset such fundamental deficiencies. For us, the value for money was not justified at all. We would not book this hotel again based on our experience.
