The rooms were roomy, but the place felt unhygienic, there was no warm water, no shaded parking, and the mattresses were dirty.

We stayed at Relax Inn Hotel in Nathia Gali and were disappointed with the experience; the stay was average and didn’t justify the price. The advertised rates differed from the cash amount we paid at checkout, we were overcharged for breakfast, and staff kept asking for tips, which seemed unprofessional. Service charges were added to our food bill without clear notice, so overall it was poor value for money and I wouldn’t recommend it.
