After a 10‑hour journey, we arrived exhausted around 10:30 AM, but we weren’t allowed to wait in the lobby until check‑in and no one was at reception until we called by phone. The morning staff member spoke no English, the desk was unattended, opening the main entrance door was difficult, and the room had no hot water, shampoo, or shower gel—so my daughter left to stay elsewhere, leaving only me to sleep and leave.

The reception lady was extremely kind, professional, and supportive, helping me park my car and giving me a nice room; I really enjoyed my stay, and it was perfect.

The location was good, but the staff barely spoke English and had to rely on Google Translate, which made communication confusing. The toilet was very dirty and the shower didn’t work. I asked the staff for help, but they didn’t seem to understand me. I requested that they inspect the shower, and when they found the drainage was broken, water flooded everywhere. The room was so cold that I caught a bad cold and had to miss work.

Location. hotel door was locked at entry no staff at front desk to let me in, had to wait for them to show up as door buzzer was not working Booking time was as 3pm i arrived 4pm a d i couldn’t get in because no one was at the front desk only one person working the desk they needed at least one extra staff member in my opinion. Owner of hotel doesn’t know how to use booking app - i booked hotel so i can pay on the day she wanted me to share my card details with her over speaker phone i didnt like that i suggested using booking app and we used that at the end there was no issue with payment from the beginning just simply needed to pay on day. Over all poor management in my opinion first impression was not good at all. No soap provided in shower. Need staff at front desk at all time during the day at least
