“Pathetic bathroom, privacy and pervert evening staff”

The location was prime and close to many tourist destinations and the railway station, but the evening reception staff was rude; I had to change to twin occupancy and they asked me to book again for double occupancy, and after speaking with management they charged me an extra Rs 600. The staff behaved like a pervert, the bathroom was too small, the closet closure was broken, and the bathroom had another door to the hallway that felt completely unsecured; the evening reception staff were pathetic.

The room, towel, and bathroom window were all dirty, and every cupboard was unclean; the internet was practically nonexistent.

When checking in and out, they gave me water for free, but the bathroom was a bit dirty.

You can walk to the train station, but the address shown on the platform differs from the hotel’s actual location, so I had to walk 5 minutes to get there; the room lacks maintenance and cleanliness.
