“To bad time in Malaysia because of this”
Nothing you dislike is asked for. The cleaning area had too many bugs and no cleaning at all.

The room was tidy, but I didn't like the noise from outside and the Wi‑Fi didn’t work.

The photos matched the room exactly, though the building itself was in good condition. I didn’t manage to take my own pictures, but I noticed mold on the bathroom ceiling and the walls needed repainting. Towels were frayed and the room had a bad odor. The ground staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. I won’t stay here again, even though the location is great. I would rate the hotel as only 2 or 3 stars.
