The spot’s great, close to the metro, in a lively area with bars and restaurants, yet the hotel itself stayed calm. The staff were excellent, always ready to help with anything. We asked for a room change because the first one was too small, and they gave us a much better one. Nothing else to note.

The rooms were small, but the price was reasonable, so it matched what I expected. The room, including the bathroom, arrived very clean and was tidied daily by housekeeping. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the reception was open 24 hours. There was no traffic noise, and several bus and metro lines were within walking distance.

The location was great, close to Paris’s main sights and the metro. The shower didn’t have a box, so the floor stayed wet every day after showering. The bathroom door wouldn’t lock and there was no ventilation.

I loved the reception – the staff were super friendly and ready to help! The Wi‑Fi was terrible, and we stayed in a room that felt like a Harry Potter cupboard under the stairs, next to the kitchen on the ground floor, which was awful.
