The receptionist was somewhat friendly. Breakfast consisted of coffee and a muffin—nothing special, but I had nothing to complain about and was grateful for the coffee and muffin. The location felt unsafe, like a ghetto, and I worried my SUV might be broken into. In the room, people shouted at each other and entered and exited loudly, using bad words typical of drug users, so I couldn't sleep well. The building layout felt claustrophobic. The beds had no blanket—just a white sheet and cover, with a stain on the sheet and ripped parts on the blanket. The room smelled somewhat bad.

They spoke to me kindly, calmly, and respectfully, helped me to my room, and showed me how to use my key.

“My stay was terrible”

I didn't have breakfast, and the location wasn't good. The TV didn't work; the desk told me to push 441 and it would work, but it didn't. There was no garbage can, no hangers, and the room was dirty as hell. Awful.

There is nothing I like about this hotel. I was very disappointed with the apartment's condition upon arrival: the room was dirty, the bathtub was not cleaned properly, and I had to buy Lysol to disinfect the area myself, which should not have been necessary. Guests should expect a clean, sanitary, and comfortable environment, especially when health or respiratory conditions like asthma are involved. A clean living space is essential, and every effort should be made to reduce dust, allergens, and other irritants. Overall, the cleanliness was unacceptable, and the experience did not meet my expectations. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and improves its cleaning and sanitation standards for future guests.
