The bedding is comfortable, the room clean, and the hotel is well‑located near Castries and Rodney Bay, close to many shops and a mall. Breakfast was hearty and tasty, the lunch buffet varied and good, but the dessert could be better. We chose the All‑Inclusive package, which gave us access to the hotel restaurant for dinner—a à‑la‑carte service. The staff were welcoming and available, but the service was very slow: 45 minutes between each dish, even though the restaurant wasn’t full. We also complained about a water outage on our departure day that prevented us from showering and other inconveniences. For a hotel of this level, we would have liked to be served drinks at the bar in proper glasses instead of plastic ones.

I loved the hotel’s location, the quality of the food, and the kids’ water‑sport activities, but I was very disappointed overall: the room furniture was in bad shape and the front‑desk staff became rude after I asked for a room change. The pool was poorly maintained, and the place wasn’t safe—my credit card was stolen and used fraudulently during the stay. Watch out for water cuts. The only bright spots were Béatrice, who ran the excursions, and the servers named Laran, who were friendly and professional and helped soften the mishaps.

“Très passable”

The proximity to the square was great, yet the curtains were in bad condition, the TV didn’t work, and we started in room 404 before moving to 415 on the second floor, which was difficult for us as we’re disabled. I paid €100 more than the listed price.

“Could do better with making the necessary upgrades to the property”

Breakfast was great, and the staff were helpful, though it seemed they weren’t happy working there. We had to struggle to get an upper‑floor room with the front desk, even though I requested it two months in advance; after a misunderstanding we finally received a good room. The resort needs a little TLC—many old spots need attention, like cracked pool tiles, uncomfortable lounge chairs, and handrails that have been painted so much they now have mold. The pool‑side towel service was unacceptable; no one was available to pick up or return towels, so we had to go to the front desk several times. On the last night, the A/C failed and we had no cooling, so the bedroom got very warm.
