Clean and tidy rooms. Staff was super friendly and accommodating

Nothing. I left and stayed somewhere else. I pre-paid and lost over $300 but it was worth staying at another hotel. The property was run down with old cars in the parking lot. There were several fans in the hallway and had a strange smell. I stayed somewhere else and when I called, the lady working at the front desk asked me to call back because she was “literally” in the bathroom. The place look very old and unkept

Location in Blue Ash was perfect for me. Long walk to room 200 from front desk after getting off elevator
